Na sexta-feira 21 de outubro foi lançado oficialmente na Assembléia Legislativa o Fórum Estadual de Educação de Pernambuco, composto por 31 representações do poder público e da sociedade civil. Auxiliar o Governo do Estado na criação e execução de políticas públicas, programas e projetos relacionados à educação escolar. Esse é o objetivo do Fórum Estadual de Educação, que foi oficialmente lançado, nesta sexta (21 de outubro), no Plenário da Assembleia Legislativa.

A iniciativa foi criada a partir de metas estabelecidas pelo Fórum Nacional de Educação, lançado em 2010. O Estado de Pernambuco foi um dos primeiros do País a instalar o próprio fórum. De acordo com o secretário de Educação, os debates serão orientados a partir de três eixos: educação especial, educação no campo e ensino profissional.
Segundo o secretário, o fórum vai contribuir com uma maior integração entre o Governo e a sociedade. Gomes acrescentou que a iniciativa também visa dar prioridade para as ações voltadas ao desenvolvimento da Educação.

A presidente da Comissão de Educação da Assembleia, comentou que o fórum é o espaço ideal para a discussão das metas do Plano Nacional de Educação. Além da Secretaria de Educação e da Assembleia Legislativa, também compõem o fórum entidades como a Fundação Joaquim Nabuco, a União Nacional dos Estudantes (UNE) e o Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Educação de Pernambuco (Sintepe). Segundo o secretário de Educação, o papel deste Fórum é auxiliar o Governo do Estado na orientação sobre a criação e execução de políticas públicas, programas e projetos relacionados à temática da educação escolar.

According to the secretary, the forum will contribute to greater integration between the government and society. Gomes added that the initiative also aims to give priority to actions aimed at the development of Education.

The president of the Assembly's Education Commission, commented that the forum is the ideal space for discussing the goals of the National Education Plan. In addition to the Education Secretariat and the Legislative Assembly, the forum also includes entities such as the Joaquim Nabuco Foundation, the National Students Union (UNE) and the Pernambuco Workers in Education Union (Sintepe). O bairro onde está inserida nossa escola, está passando por grandes transformações,devido a presença do PAC (Programa de Aceleração do Crescimento) do Governo Federal.

SUMMARY OF THE AQUA PROJECT IN 2011 WITH "THE CAP IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD" COORDINATES PROFESSOR WELLINGTON GENUINO DOURADO

The neighborhood where our school is inserted is undergoing major transformations, due to the presence of the PAC (Program for Growth Acceleration) of the Federal Government.

Os impactos ambientais e sociais provocados pelo PAC, despertaram nos alunos do PROJETO AQUA 2011,o desejo de conhecer melhor o Programa, foram feitas pesquisas na internet em sites e blogs.Visando promover ações que não ficariam só no âmbito da escola,, foram feitas pesquisas na comunidade referente as obras do PAC (saneamento integrado, urbanização,implantação das redes de drenagem,esgoto,etc),visitas a,engenharia,social. Foram feitos vídeos com celular em entrevistas com moradores e campanhas de conscientização dos municipes sobre seus direitos através da parceria do projeto AQUA com o projeto CIDADÃO NO CONTROLE da SCGE, para o pleno exercício da cidadania.

- O resultado dos estudos será entregue a Prefeitura da Cidade de Olinda, Secretaria de Educação de Pernambuco e Diretoria de ensino do Ministério da Educação.

- A comunidade sendo utilizada como um “grande laboratório”, para utilização dos conteúdos didáticos

-Utilização dos dados coletados em sala de aula

-Maior integração da escola junto a comunidade e ao poder público

-Parceria com o Portal da Transparência PERNAMBUCO (Secretaria da Controladoria Geral do Estado).Através do projeto CIDADÃO NO CONTROLE

-Utilização do projeto AQUA,como "fiscalizador" das obras do PAC na comunidade.
